1. INTRODUCTION

 

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products moulage, through the website www.moulage.pt

1.2 The website www.moulage.pt is managed by the company Estimativa Inevitável Unipessoal Lda., headquartered in Buganvília Plaza 1, Estrada Quinta do Lago, 8135-024 Almancil, NIF 516857134, telephone number 915 884 230.

1.3 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions,
The) - "
moulage" - The products sold on the website www.moulage.pt;
B) - "user" - Any natural person, not a merchant, who places an order through the website www.moulage.pt;
1.4 Use of the website www.moulage.pt e the purchase of moulage products presupposes knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the User.

 

2. THE PRODUCTS moulage

2.1 The website www.moulage.pt  is aimed at all users who wish to purchase products moulage, from your home or workplace, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2.2 Information on product characteristics can be consulted at www.moulage.pt.
2.3
Moulage reserves the right to modify, at any time, the information, product offer, prices, promotions and commercial conditions, presented on the website www.moulage.pt.

 

3. BUY THE PRODUCTS moulage

3.1 To order on www.moulage.pt it is necessary that the User has an e-mail account and that his browser is configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, which will allow the enjoyment of all the navigability conditions of the moulage online store.
3.1.1 The User may purchase products online, for which it is necessary that:
a) Find the product(s) you want to purchase;
b) Add the selected product(s) to the "Shopping Cart";
c) Register the User's personal data, which will be integrated into the moulage database under the terms set out in the Privacy Policy, including the "Delivery Address", "Billing Address", "Payment Method" , telephone number and tax identification number (VAT information);
d) Review your order and confirm your order;
3.2 The User will receive an order confirmation email with details regarding the payment method selected.
3.3 Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the delivery address indicated in the purchase process and with the respective detailed invoice.
3.4 By sending the order form, the User accepts the Terms and Conditions of purchase described in www.moulage.pt, as well as its Privacy Policy.

Moulage reserves the right not to accept and cancel orders already confirmed in the following situations:
a) The product is not available;
b) Payment is not made using any of the payment options available on the website www.moulage.com;
c) The payment is not confirmed;
d) The billing information is not correct or verifiable;
e) There is an error in the price quotation;
f) It is not possible to deliver to the address provided by the User.

 

4. PRICES

4.1 The prices of the products displayed on the website www.moulage.pt include Value Added (VAT). The total VAT payable by the User will be indicated on the invoice to be sent to the User.
4.2 Prices are all quoted in euros (€). For international shipments, shipping prices will change due to different shipping costs. Customs costs relating to the country of delivery of the order will be borne by the customer.
4.3 The prices of the products presented on the website are subject to change. 
moulage reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.
4.4 If there is an error in the price of the products ordered, the 
moulage or the User may, until the order is shipped, cancel the order.
4.5 The total price specified at checkout includes shipping country taxes and shipping costs.
4.6 The User must pay only the amount specified in the order confirmation.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

5.1 The User may pay for his purchases by paying with a debit or credit card.
5.2
Moulage does not accept any other payment method other than those mentioned in the previous point. The User must not attempt to pay by any means other than those specified in the specified payment methods. If you do, we cannot be held responsible for loss of payment or any other damages that may arise.

6. SHIPPING COSTS

6.1 Shipments to Portugal are free.
6.2 Outside Portugal, all orders will have an associated shipping cost, which may require the payment of customs costs, depending on the country of delivery.

7. DELIVERY

7.1 Moulage sends the product(s) ordered by the User, from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, to the delivery address indicated by the User.
7.2 Our delivery service does not include a scheduling option, so the delivery of the order will be carried out without prior contact by the carrier, making it necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address.
7.3 Delivery times in Portugal vary between 5–15 working days depending on the item ordered. The responsiveness of 
moulage within these deadlines varies depending on the availability of stock and the response of the company chosen to transport the order.
7.4 
M
oulage will inform the User of the unavailability of the product(s) ordered, as well as refund the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from becoming aware of the unavailability.
7.5 In case of unavailability of the carrier to deliver the products on the date indicated, the User will be contacted in order to indicate another delivery date.
7.6 Upon delivery, the User must inspect the packaging in order to check for any damage. If you verify that the products are damaged, the User must not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. The User must report the situation, if possible documented with photographs, via email geral@moulage.pt and if you agree, the 
moulage will resend the order, at no cost to the User. If the User wishes to cancel the order, the entire amount paid will be refunded.
7.7 If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 60 (sixty) days from the date of payment of the order, please send an email to geral@moulage.pt informing us of what happened. After this period, the 
moulage cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.
7.8 Delivery is considered carried out with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address, or another document that proves the delivery of the order.

8. RIGHT OF FREE TERMINATION

8.1 The User may terminate his contract up to 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the order, provided that:
a) The product(s) have not been used;
b) The product(s) keep their original features and labels intact;
c) The product(s) are complete. All material accompanying orders must be returned.
8.2 The costs of returning the order in the exercise of the right of free resolution are borne by the customer.
8.3 Once the returned product has been received, the 
moulage will analyze and confirm the state of conservation of the order and, when applicable, will refund within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days the amounts paid by the User included in the order, through the same means used to pay for the order.
8.4 If the returned items show signs of use, the 
moulage reserves the right not to accept the return and to refuse the refund of the same.
8.5 The User must note that, if the return has been made for reasons other than those of the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the products ordered, the 
moulage will not refund shipping costs. Therefore, the moulage will not reimburse the expenses related to the postage initially borne by the customer for the respective order.
8.6 Please note that these conditions are only valid for orders placed in Portugal. If your order was placed outside Portugal, please contact us via e-mail moulage.pt@gmail.com.

9. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

9.1 The User may cancel his order, by sending the requests via email geral@moulage.pt before the shipment.
9.2 If the cancel order has been received before shipment, we will refund the amounts paid by the User in the order, through the same means used to pay for the order, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days.
9.3 If the cancel order has been received after dispatch, the rules set out in the previous chapter, regarding the right of free withdrawal, will apply.
9.4 
moulage does not offer direct exchanges. The User may opt for a voucher to exchange his order for another item available on the website, being responsible for all costs related to the new shipment. Please note that orders placed with a voucher and later returned, can only receive a new voucher as a refund and has a validity period of 12 months.
9.5 If the product ordered is defective or otherwise non-compliant, the User may choose to:
a) replace the product;
b) terminate the contract.
9.6 As soon as the User finds a defect or other non-conformity of the product, he must notify us via email geral@moulage.pt, sending supporting photographs.
9.7 Once we receive your email, we will contact you to resolve the issue consensually.

 

10. QUALITY

Moulage does not sell second-hand, defective or substandard products. The main features of each product shown on www.moulage.pt can be found on each product page.

oulage will make every effort to ensure that the colors of the products that appear on the website www.moulage.pt are as accurate and realistic as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor is showing the exact colors.

11. COMPLAINTS

In view of the objective of continuous improvement of the services provided, the moulage will seek to respond to and resolve complaints submitted by the User within 5 (five) working days, via email geral@moulage.pt.

12. WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICES

The products moulage benefit from the guarantee of conformity provided for in the legislation applicable to the sale of consumer goods.

13. EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Moulage does not guarantee the uninterrupted functioning of the website www.moulage.pt or any of its functionalities, which may be suspended to carry out maintenance, repair or updates.
Moulage will not assume, likewise, any responsibility for any damages, resulting, directly or indirectly, from situations of force majeure that prevent the moulage, in any way, to fulfill its obligations, namely, strikes, failures in the electrical network, in telecommunications services or in any other services, fires, floods, impossibility of obtaining products, materials or services, breakdowns, delays from suppliers or carriers and changes in legislation or administrative regulations.

oulage is not responsible for any misuse of User access data to the website by third parties, as they are personal and non-transferable.

14. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Moulage reserves the right to change, at any time, these Terms and Conditions, considering the changes made and users notified through publication on the website www.moulage.pt of the modified Terms and Conditions.

15. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

We ask that you read our Privacy Policy carefully so that you can become aware of the rules and procedures adopted by moulage with regard to the processing of data collected when browsing the website www.moulage.pt and when you use the functionalities offered by it, as well as the applicable security and confidentiality measures.

16. PROOF AND FILE

The computer records, kept by the moulage under security conditions, they are considered as proof of the communications, orders and payments made between Moulage and the User.

17. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions and all emerging disputes that are related to them, including their validity, the use of the website or any purchase therein must be governed by Portuguese law.
